first a 1-minute trailer

Preparations at Gaynes Park

The Apple Loft Cottage can be used for your preparations on the morning of your big day. There’s space for your hairdresser and makeup artist with natural light and mirrors.

It’s positioned on the lane between the Orangery and the Mill Barn privately out of the way.

Once you’re ready you can do a reveal to Dad, bridesmaids or relatives just outside, then you’ll walk through the gate into the cottage garden, ready for the longest aisle walk in the Uk with the exception of Westminster Abbey.

Ceremonies at Gaynes Park

Now you’re ready for the Ceremony in the Orangery, licensed for weddings and will cater for large weddings up to 150 guests. You will be offered flexible seating arrangements to suit your wedding and have views out into the gardens. As it’s an orangery there’s plenty of light but the air conditioning will keep you cool on those hot summer days.

Drinks Reception & Group Photos

The Orangery opens up to the walled gardens either side of the aisle walk. Guests will walk out into the walled gardens for the drinks reception, or stay in the orangery if weather doesn’t permit.

Photos can be taken in the garden with lots of choices of backdrop

Couple Photos at Gaynes Park

Next up are the couple portraits and of course the walled gardens will form part of that with plenty of photo choices. at the back there’s also a little secluded garden with hedges and flowering shrubs. That can lead to the lined pathway for more amazing shote.

Wedding Breakfast

The Barn will have been prepared for your wedding breakfast.

The Gather Barn can be decorated to your preference and theme.

I always recommend a grand entrance where I’ll get the guests waving their napkins in the air enthusiastically.

It will be turned around after the meal whilst all the guests go for mingling and drinks back to the Orangery

Back To The Orangery

After the meal everybody will enjoy more drinks and a chat inside and outside the orangery.

The Barn will then be converted for your evening theme.

Sunset Photos

Sunsets are amazing at Gaynes Park too and there’s a little field you can use with the perfect sunset backdrop. It’s located right by the side of the venue so no walking required..
